Booth planning means customer names, contacts and what you discussed. Here is exactly how that is handled.
Stored in Germany
Database and application both run in Frankfurt (eu-central-1). Nothing is processed outside the EU.
Separated per company
Every query is filtered by the database itself, not by our code. Another company physically cannot read your rows — even a bug in the app cannot leak them.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
HTTPS on every connection, encrypted storage and daily backups.
Your own account per colleague
No shared logins. Administrators decide who is added and who can delete something.
